Quality Assurance and Returns

Items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged during shipping. An unboxing video must be submitted, showing both damage to the shipping box and the item, in order to process any returns. 

The reasons for our return policy: 

Did you know that around 25-30% of items purchased online are returned? That's a huge number! Most customers say that when they received the item, either they didn't like it or it didn't meet their expectations. Returns have a significant negative environmental impact and we would like to avoid that as much as possible. We wanted to do things differently. We want to make sure that when you receive your product you are happy, satisfied and excited to wear it. We also want to care for the planet as if she is a friend. 

We have taken the following steps to ensure that you are receiving a quality product:

  • We order products from manufacturers that we know and trust.
  • We double-check all orders when packaging to ensure that the piece is something that we would be happy to receive ourselves. 
  • We carefully wrap the items with care and package them so that they can be handled. 
  • We have taken high-quality photos and included the maximum descriptions so that you know about the quality and care required for each piece. 
  • We have included styling photos so that you can get some inspiration for what to wear the pieces with. 
  • We have included close-up, on-body photos, so that you can see the size. 
  • We shared 360 degree videos so that you can see the products from all angles. 

What you can do:

Think about what you are ordering and don't make rash purchases that you will later regret.

Focus on the product details and make sure that the product meets your expectations before placing your order.
